According to our by-laws, the membership is open to the public. For those who are considering themselves as Khmer by origin born in the Mekong Delta River, in Cambodia or Khmer Upper Land, we welcome your participation and support. For those who are local mainstream citizens in Canada and in Western Canada in particular, we welcome your particiaption and support. For those who are living around the world and sharing sympathy to the culture and language of Khmer people especially in the Mekong Delta River of Kampuchea Krom Land, we welcome your participation and support.
